Youth Programs

Sunday School

Sunday School for preschoolers through high school is held on Sunday mornings during the school year at 8:45 am. For more information, please contact our church at 262-334-4242.

The Godly Play program is for ages 4 years to 2nd grade. This class meets from 8:45 am to 9:20 am every Sunday in the classroom downstairs.

Our 3rd grade to 5th grade class this fall will be working on a Jesse Tree Project. Bible stories will be incorporated into the crafts. This class meets every Sunday from 8:45 am to 9:20 am in the classroom downstairs.

Nursery

Every Sunday, St. James' provides a Nursery program for all infants and toddlers up to 3 years of age during our Sunday worship services. The Nursery is located downstairs. For more information, please contact our church office at 262-334-4242.

Vacation Bible School

We offer Vacation Bible School in early August. Our VBS features special themed activities and opportunities to learn about the love of Jesus and his teachings. Geographic illustrations and other visual presentations energize children's knowledge of the different stories in the Bible. For more information, please contact St. James' at 262-334-4242.

Youth Group

Grades 6 through 12 meet several times per month for service projects and fun activities. Our youth group is encouraged to help with Harvest House, DiVine Wines & Wheys, the Tent Revival and other parish-sponsored activities. Our youth group holds fund-raising activities to support greater world-wide missions. Many day-trips and learning opportunities are scheduled throughout the year including: overnight camping, trips to museums, cultural exhibits and sporting events.

Youth Group activities also incorporate Christian Education in conjunction with preparation for Confirmation.

The Middle and High School group will be learning more about their faith through exploration of the Bible and Book of Common Prayer. This class will meet every Sunday from 8:45 am to 9:20 am downstairs.
