Who We Are
Welcome to St. James' Episcopal Church in West Bend, Wisconsin. We are an active parish of the Episcopal Diocese
of Milwaukee with local roots going back to 1876. We put our faith into action. Our many ministries and outreach programs
help to share the grace that God has showered into our lives with those who live around us in our communities.
St. James' welcomes all whom God sends us regardless of race, religion, age, gender or sexual orientation.
We believe that baptism is full inclusion in the family of the Church and all baptized Christians are welcome to share
in Holy Communion.
You will find that St. James' is small enough to be personable, but large enough to offer a variety of ways to
grow in faith and serve the community.

Monthly Healing Service
6:30 pm. Last Thursday of each month. This service includes Holy Communion with anointing and prayers for healing.

10:00 am. Second Monday of each month. Held at Cedar Ridge in West Bend.

BUY SCRIP CARDS…For GROCERIES, GAS, CLOTHING and ENTERTAINMENT!!!
Help donate 3% to 11% to St. James Episcopal Church by buying a Scrip Card.
To Maximize the benefit of Scrips as a fund raiser for St. James, all we have to do is get in the habit of buying scrips for the puchases we know we will make anyway. For example, everyone spends a minimum of several hundred dollars each month for groceries. If you know you're going to the grocery store in the next week, stop at the Scrips table on the way out of church on Sunday morning and buy a card(s) in the amount you spend anyway. The retailer will refund us anywhere from 3 to 11% for St. James fundraising efforts. This is a WIN/WIN program for St. James and retailers. We have cards on hand for Pick N' Save, Piggly Wiggly, Walmart, Kohl's, Shopko, BP, Shell and you can order hundreds of cards from other retailers. Please see retailer list at the Scrip table on Sundays.
The process is simple: For cards we have on hand, simply fill out an order form, write a check payable to St. James for the purchase price, and we will hand you a Scrip card(s). For those cards that need ordered, pick up or print out an order form, fill in the retailers from whom you want cards, the denominations desired, the quantity. Bring the completed form and a check to Sunday service. The order will be made on Monday or Tuesday and you usually can pick up your Scrip card(s) the next Sunday.
